Reservation Guarantee

Reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card when you book.
Blackout dates are subject to their own rules. Weekend and holidays may require a minimum stay.
Check-in 3 PM | Check-out 11 AM
You must be 18+ with parental authorization to book a room, 21+ requires no authorization.
For security purposes, please provide a valid government or state-issued photo ID at check-in.
To cover incidentals, The Shepley Hotel holds $150/day on your credit card and we’ll authorize additional funds as needed based on your additional incidental charges. There is a smoking fee of $250.00/room and $500/suite.

Cancellation Policy

For regular book direct reservations, unless otherwise noted on confirmation, cancellation requests must be sent up to 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty. No shows will be charged one night’s stay plus tax. Policies may vary according to the date of booking and promotion or rate chosen.

Non-Holiday Dates from Dec 23rd through April 30th:
7 days prior to arrival or 1 night penalty

Non-Holiday Dates from May 1st through Dec 22nd:
3 days prior to arrival or 1 night penalty

Special Events Dates from Dec 23rd through April 30th:
15 days prior to arrival or 1 night penalty

Special Events Dates from May 1st through Dec 22nd:
7 days prior to arrival or 1 night penalty

Early Arrival / Late Departure

Book an early flight? Want to sleep in? Our staff will do our very best to accommodate you — just let us know in advance. If we can’t, we’ll gladly stow your luggage safely and securely, until you’re ready to move on. There is an early departure fee of one night’s stay plus tax.

Pet Policy

We love pets too but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate your four-legged friends. Have a service animal? Just reach out to us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
